First off, a beautiful concept, albeit a bit cluttered. And as I look at the overall image of the creature itself, I just can’t help but feel there are some things that look off about it. An example would be the Unicorn-like horn on his face\head between the eyes and nose.
Another example would be the twin horns near the back of his head. They, to me, feel as if they distract and take away from the dragon itself.

Second, the anatomy also takes away. It almost reminds me of some of the traced-images I’ve seen on dA. The back-legs, and how they are attached, just seem as if you’ve taken from one dragon image and pasted it to the next. Slowly creating an image that is hard to disprove, but comes off as something too familiar to the viewer.

Third, the incorporation of the flame-emblems on the legs just seems a tad overly done. I believe if you would have left out the horns and the excessive use of the flames, the dragon would look more intimidating than forcefully drawn.

All in all, I’ll say good work, but you need a lot of practice.
